1. Sterling silver tarnishes with time. This has nothing to do with the quality of the jewellery, or even how you're caring for it. It's just something that happens with time. 2. 90 % of our products are handcrafted by traditional karigars, resulting in each product being unique & very slightly different from each other. We assure you, these differences, if any at all, will be very minor. All our products go through quality control check before shipping & we ensure that there are no surprises!
3. We use only naturally occuring (NOT lab produced) semi-precious stones in all our jewellery. Hence no 2 stones are exatly the same. The piece that you receive might vary very slightly in shape, size & colour from the one in the display / product picture. The overall weight, look & feel will be exactly the same though.
4. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors for all our products, all online buyers should rememeber that colors vary from monitor to monitor & hence you might be viewing them slightly differently than they actually are.
