COD POLICY

COD is AVAILABLE. Please Whatsapp at +917738790717 to place your oreder. There's a COD charge of Rs 100 which will be prepaid. On receiving the COD charge, we will accept & process your COD order.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted, ONLY if

1. Incorrect product is delivered.

2. The product is damaged in transit.

In such a case, request for returns need to be raised within 24 hrs of receiving the damamged or incorrect product.

Please raise a Returns ticket by writing into sales@houseofzonira, with

i. Your order no

ii. Reason for return

iii. Video of unboxing clearly showing that the product was received damaged.

2. Once the ticket is investigated by the team & is approved for returns, a return pickup will be initiated from our end.

3. Once the product is received by Zonira & inspected by the team & approved, a gift voucher of the same product value will be issued to the customer.

4. Customer can use the gift voucher to purchase their next product.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE is not available.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you want to cancel your order, then please write to us at sales@houseofzonira within 12 hours of placing the order. 

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order. The amount will be given as store credit. No refunds are possible.
